Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return. This applies to both full-priced and sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Item should be packed with all the accessories/box in good condition
  
• Item packaging must be undamaged; items with carton damage will not be accepted for return

To start a return, you need to bring the item for return along with the receipt to Al-Futtaim Electronics Panatech Showing located at Salahuddin Street, Fish Roundabout, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Refunds
If your returned item is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 - 20 business days or up to 45 business days depending on your bank. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 45 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at care@alfuttaimelectronics.com.
