Do I need an account to shop?
No. You can check out as a guest. If you've shopped with us before, your order history will be saved against your email address.
How do I access my account?
Select the account icon on our site and enter your email address. We'll send you a secure link to log in. No password needed.
What can I do in my account?

Is a password required to log in?
No. Enter your email address and we'll send you a one-time login code.
I didn't receive my login code. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still not there, try a different email address you may have placed orders with.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for standard delivery. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team.
Can I place an order from outside the UAE?
We currently only accept orders from within the United Arab Emirates.
Can I cancel my order
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you no longer require an item, please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy to initiate a return.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled due to a payment verification issue, a technical error, or if an item was found to be unavailable or damaged prior to dispatch. If a payment was made for a cancelled item, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team at care@alfuttaimelectronics.com.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices displayed on our site include VAT.

Where do you deliver in the UAE?
We deliver to all seven emirates across the UAE.
What delivery options are available?
Standard delivery: 1 to 3 working days. Delivery is free for overs over AED 500.
Returns and Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?
Exchanges are not accepted.
Returns are accepted so long as returned item meets the return criteria.
- Item should be packed with all the accessories/box in good condition
- item packaging must be undamaged; items with carton damage will not be accepted for return
Refund takes approximately 14 - 20 working days and issued to your payment card used for the purchase.
How do I return an online order?
Items bought online may be returned within the eligible period at Al Futtaim Electronics Panatech Showroom.
Please bring your item and original receipt to the Al Futtaim Electronics Panatech Showroom. Visit the store locator to find the store details.
How long do I have to return an item?
7 days from the date of purchase. This applies to both full-priced and sale items.
Are there items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges for any item but returns can be done as long as it meets our returns policy.
How long will my refund take?
Once we have received your return, refunds may take 15 - 20 or up to 45 business days depending on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
Will I receive a VAT refund when I return an item?
Yes. Please ensure you return the item with your original receipt or delivery note.
I was refunded an incorrect amount. What should I do?
Please contact our Customer Service team at care@alfuttaimelectronics.com and we will investigate this on your behalf.
